Where do I park? 
There is ample free parking in The Center parking lot.

Food
Box lunches are available from Greenberry's located within The Center. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and lunch. There are several small tables with chairs outside the building; the auditorium will be set up with chairs only.

Accessibility
The Center is wheelchair accessible.

What is VASA?
The Virginia Storytelling Alliance (VASA) is Virginia's network for storytelling arts. Learn more about them here! 

Will there be any merchandise?
VASA will have a table with storytelling CDs, books, etc.

Wait? Is storytelling a profession?
YES! There are many people who devote their professional and personal lives to storytelling. Learn more at the national organization Jonesboro Storyteller Guild and VASA's websites.

May I be one of the storytellers?
If you would like to put your name in the hat to tell a 5-minute story, see the folks at VASA at the sales table in the back of the Auditorium. During this hour (11:30am-12:30pm), the MC will randomly pull names from the hat, offering as many as possible a chance to tell their story as we have time available.
